Return Policy

You may return a ready-to-ship piece of jewelry (as long as it's not resized) within 7 days of delivery.

Semi-custom jewelry, custom jewelry, custom sourced and/or cut colored gemstones and resized rings are NOT returnable due to their personalized nature.

Loose lab diamonds are returnable for credit towards a different diamond selection within 7 days of delivery. Customer pays for return shipping and shipping insurance.

Purchasing multiple lab diamonds to view and ultimately return all but one, is not permitted. These types of orders will not be eligible for return in any way.

Loose colored gems are returnable within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus a 3.5% restocking fee to cover lost transaction fees. Customer pays return shipping and shipping insurance.
