Lab Diamond Concierge
Our vast inventory includes lab diamonds being sold by vendors like Loose Grown Diamond, Ritani, or Brilliance. If you spot a stone you love on any website, share the IGI report number, and we can always offer a better deal for the same stone, or an equivalent one.
Not sure where to start? no problem! If you have a shape and budget in mind, we can help you evaluate your options. If you know the other details you prefer, like shape, size, color and clarity- but get lost at proportions- we can help!
We can oftentimes hold stones for up to 24 hours for your consideration. Once ordered, each stone is carefully inspected by our team before shipping to you.
Terms:
- loose Lab diamonds are returnable within 20 days of delivery in their original packaging with documentation for credit towards a different selection.
- Purchasing multiple stones to view and ultimately return all but one, is not permitted. These types of orders will not be allowed.
- Diamonds returned without the report, report sleeve, or labeled diamond paper won't be eligible for credit. Customers are responsible for insured return shipping costs.
