Scrap/Metal Buying Policy

We're happy to accept solid gold and platinum for group buy credit. Once received and tested, we will issue you 100% of the gold value and/or 80% of it's platinum value with stones removed as group buy credit at the current day's spot price on APMEX.com.

If the value of the metal you send exceeds your invoice total, we will email you offering two options: we can return the unneeded metal once your order is mailed or record the unused value as future group buy/custom order credit. There is no cash payout option, only the return of unneeded metals or store credit.

Keep in mind if you choose to have the remaining metal returned it will most likely be a clipped, sawn or partial piece of the original jewelry you sent.

Due to legal and local requirements, customers MUST include a completed, printed and signed metal buying form in their package to have their metals processed.
